the daily – 6.10.14

1. Nutrition – 2 cups BPC, 2 fried eggs (thanks Lys), 2 cheese hot dogs for lunch, and for dinner more slow cooker pork and a large salad

2. Exercise – 9 miles of easy paced running on a somewhat new route down Truxtun. I’ve been down that stretch before but never in the direction I ran in this evening. The heat was way down tonight but there was an extreme amount of dust in the air.

3. Life – another boring day. Summer feels like it’s just gonna drag on.
